James Davis, 75, of Madisonville, KY

1cloudsHOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - James Davis, 75, of Madisonville, KY passed away at Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.

He was born June 10, 1938 in Leesburg, OH, to the late John H. Davis Sr. and Anna Reynolds Davis. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Eva Davis, and his brother, John H. Davis Jr.

Mr. Davis was the store manager at Sears for 30 years. He was a Century 21 Real Estate agent and a member of the US Air Force. He loved fishing, reading, baseball, and watching his T.V. shows.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie R. Clark Davis; one son, James Michael (Marcia) Davis of Oakland, CA; one sister, Anna Mae Myers of Ft. Myers, FL; one grandson, Owen Cooper Davis of Oakland; a niece, Beth Ann Swanson of Grove City, OH, and a nephew, Doug Clark of Grove City.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital: 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
