HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Virginia Foreman, 90, of Madisonville, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville.

She was born August 10, 1922 in Muhlenberg Co., KY to the late Jack and Maude Cary Cornette. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Foreman in 1992; five sisters and two brothers.

Mrs. Foreman was member of the Park Avenue Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Foreman of Hanson, KY; one brother, Bob Cornette of Madisonville; three grandchildren, Thomas J. Foreman; Leslie K. Foreman Helton and Jessica Foreman and two great grandchildren, Brittny Helton and Corey Helton Gilliland.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Saturday, July 27, 2013 and after 1:00 P.M. until the service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
