HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Billie R. Faulk, 70, of White Plains, Ky went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 2, 2014.
He was born on May 15, 1943 in Mortons Gap, Ky to the late Margaret and Nix Faulk. He was a retired United States Air Force Veteran. He was a member of West Side Community Church in Madisonville. Billie loved his church and was very active at West Side where he was music director, a deacon and a trustee.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his two brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Faulk; his sons, Michael Faulk of Biloxi, MS and David (Trina) Faulk of Saucier, MS; two step-sons; a step-daughter; several step-grandchildren; two great-step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 7, 2014 at West Side Community Church 325 West Arch St. Madisonville with Pastor Tommy Hayes officiating and Bro. Kenny Moore assisting. Burial will follow at Old Salem Cemetery in Mortons Gap, Ky. Military honors will be conducted graveside by the United States Air Force. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at West Side Community Church.
