Ethel Blond Wilson, 84, of Dawson Springs, Ky.

DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. – Ethel Blond Wilson, 84, of Dawson Springs, Ky. passed away at 4:15 a.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.

She was born on July 5, 1929 in Kirkwood Spring, Ky. to the late Jessie and Mabel Harris. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was gifted with the ability to play guitar, piano and other musical instruments. Ethel was a minister of The Jesus Church and Kirkwood Springs Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Phillip Fuller; her second husband, Oscar Wilson and two grandchildren, Rachael Fuller and Phillip Tyson.

She is survived by her sons, Dale (Kay) Fuller of Madisonville, Sherman (Annetta) Fuller of Sturgis, Ky., and Wayne (Tricia) Fuller of Madisonville; her daughters, Rozetta (Lawrence) Crook of Madisonville, Gerlene Waddell of Providence, Ky., Emalene (Martin) Wheatley of Madisonville, Naomi Tyson of Hopkinsville, Ky., and Wanda (Donovan) Beshears of Dawson Springs, Ky.; thirty-three grandchildren; forty-seven great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. George Fergerson officiating. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs, Ky.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.
