James Howard 'Jimmy' Tyler, Sr., 77

CADIZ, Ky. - James Howard 'Jimmy' Tyler, Sr., 77 of Cadiz will be Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at King’s Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Caldwell Blue Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday at King’s Funeral Home in Cadiz.

Survivors: 2 Sons: James Howard 'Snub' Tyler, Jr., Dawson Springs, KY; Steven Wayne Tyler, Cadiz, KY; Daughters & Sons-In-Law: Ruby Holloway & David Sholar, Cadiz, KY; Sally & Randy Rambo, Dawson Springs, KY; Linda & Will Russell, Cadiz, KY; Brother: Kenny Tyler, Island, KY; Sisters: Kathy Sue Vargo, Cadiz, KY; Rita Wyngarden, Camarillo, CA; Diane Tyler Buehler, Cadiz, KY; Step Sister: Carol Miller, North Park, FL; 14 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren.

He was born in Princeton, KY on November 29, 1935 to the late Virgil W. Tyler & Susie E. Oliver Monday. He was preceded in death by Step Father; Roy Monday; Step Mother; Dorothy Elizabeth Tyler; wife; Josephine Tyler; son; Paul Ed Tyler; 4 Brothers; Knott, Edward, Ralph & Frankie Tyler; sister; Lucille Drennan.

James Howard 'Jimmy' Tyler Sr. passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Princeton Health & Rehab of natural causes.

He was a Farmer & Steel Worker for Chrysler and of the Baptist Faith.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at King’s Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Caldwell Blue Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday at King’s Funeral Home in Cadiz.
