Blake Wendell Christopher, 58

obit19LEXINGTON, Ky. - Blake Wendell Christopher, 58, son of Charles and Elizabeth Christopher, passed away Thurs, July 4, 2013.

Born in Norfolk, VA, he is also survived by three children, Justin, Scarlett and Chad Christopher; one sister, Sonja (David) Davis; niece, Yvonne; as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and special friend John McNece.

He was a graduate of Lafayette High School 1972 and attended the University of KY. He worked for the United States Postal Service and Amazon.com. He starred in Studio Players Productions of “Lion In Winter”, “Mousetrap” and “West Side Story”. He also played the drums. Blake was an avid reader, a lover of music and loved to debate the social and political issues of the day. He will be missed by all that knew him.

Services will be 1 PM Mon at Milward-Southland. Burial will follow at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5-7:30 PM Sun.
