Rosemary Therese Shramek Sadler, 62

2flowerLEXINGTON, Ky. - Rosemary Therese Shramek Sadler, 62, born November 29, 1950 to Frank and Margaret Shramek of Dallas, Texas, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013 after a long illness. She attended the University of North Texas where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She had a career of 25 years in the brokerage industry with Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities. She and her husband Lee managed the family’s heritage ranch in the hill country of Texas for five years. Rosemary was an avid gardener, gourmet cook and enjoyed extensive travels abroad.

She is survived by her husband, Lee Frank Sadler, Jr. and her daughter, Andrea Dillehay-Rigamonti (Wade) and two granddaughters, Sloan and Grace Rigamonti of Houston, Texas, two stepsons, Trey and Clay Sadler of Lexington, two sisters, Anne Green of Duncanville, Texas and Cynthia McFarland of Bethesda, Maryland.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Main St. followed by a graveside service at 11:30 a.m. at Lexington Cemetery. Rosemary and Lee shared 15 years of love and adventure. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lexington Humane Society, 1600 Old Frankfort Pike Lexington, KY 40504.
