Linda Lou Roberts Twitty, 71, of Paducah, Ky

PADUCAH, Ky. - Linda Lou Roberts Twitty, 71, of Paducah, Ky passed away Saturday, November 02, 2013 at 4:30 am at McCracken County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A native of Paducah, Linda was born January 4, 1942 to the late Joseph and Ella Peterson Roberts. She was a member of Temple Missionary Baptist Church and Veterans of Foreign War. She retired from Western Baptist Hospital after working in both the daycare center and as a cook.

She is survived by two daughters, Laura Penn and fiancé Richard Robinson and Melinda Webb and husband Kenneth all of Paducah; nine grandchildren, Cathy Harris, Christy Twitty, Caren Twitty, Timberlee Penn, Mason Penn, Payton Robinson, Nicki Bullmer, Johnathan Webb, and Christine Webb; four great-grandchildren, Ashlee Harris, Natalee Harris, Emilee Harris, and Spencer Penn; a sister, JoAnn Roberts Weaver of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Twitty; a son, Marshall Wayne Twitty; a brother, Walter 'Tommy' Roberts; and her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Tuesday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 5-8 pm.
