Esther Louise Etheridge, 91, of Paducah, Ky

PADUCAH, Ky. - Esther Louise Etheridge, 91, of Paducah, Ky passed away at 10:56 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2013 at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab. Center of Paducah. She worked at Claussner Hosiery Mill and in the Dietary Department at the Medco Nursing Home. Esther was a member of Broadway Church of Christ where she taught Sunday School and worked in the Nursery. She was active in the Senior Seekers and was a avid walker. Esther was well known for her Chocolate Pie and Coconut Cakes. She was a very loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her sons, David Etheridge and wife Debbie, Donnie Etheridge and wife Susie and Ronnie Etheridge and wife Rossie all of Paducah, Ky; 7 grandchildren, Kim (Todd) Yocum, Shaun (Gordon) Pace, Jayson(Deanna) Etheridge, Pruitt (Holly) Etheridge, Barry (Merideth) Etheridge, Devin (Dottie) Patterson, Genna (Mike) Melone; 18 great grandchildren, Emily Yocum, Daniel Yocum, Taylor Pace, Nathan Pace, Jalon, Pace, Mali Pace, Reese Pace, Riley Pace, Brice Etheridge, Brecksyn Etheridge, Lilly Etheridge, Brody Etheridge, Aubrey Etheridge, Jessica Melone, Joshua Melone, Luke Melone, Benjamin Malone and Haylea Patterson; several nieces and nephews.

Esther was preceded in death by her husband, Cletus D. Etheridge; two brothers, Adam Hyde and Charles Hyde. Her parents were Strother T. Hyde and Katie Clarice Wilson Hyde.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Mr. John Pennisi officiating. Burial will follow in the Brooks Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2013 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
