Charles William (Buddy) Dame, 88, of Sacramento, KY

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Charles William (Buddy) Dame, 88, of Sacramento, KY passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. He was born October 6, 1924 in McLean County. He was a retired carpenter with the T. V. A. and a farmer. He was a member of the Sacramento Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he served as an elder and a veteran of WW II.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy B. Dame, his parents, Clarence & Minnie Brooks Dame, step mother, Modella Dame and a sister, Gladys Revlett.

Survivors include a son, John (Jill) Dame of Nebo, KY, three daughters, Kimberly Dame, Kay (Rick) Creager & Jenniffer (Eddie) Rickard all of Sacramento, six grandchildren, Tisa Davis, Michael A. Creager, Joy Miller, Amber Leachman, Julie Crabtree & Samantha Vick, nine great grandchildren, Kennedy Davis, Katie Storm, Abigail Creager, Daylin Crabtree, Grace Miller, Cayden Crabtree, Zoe Stewart, Kamdyn Crabtree & Braden Nathaniel (Nate) Miller.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Sacramento Cumberland Presbyterian Church conducted by Rev. John Butler with burial to follow in the Sacramento Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday after 5:00 PM and Tuesday after 8:00 AM at the church.

Expressions of sympathy in form of donations to the Green River Hospice. Envelopes will be available.
