JACKMUHLENBERG COUNTY, KY - Charles Mallory "Jack" Forsythe, 86, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Jack was born December 25,1926 to Ethel and P.A. Forsythe in Belton, Kentucky, the youngest of 3 children.

He was active in his community-playing golf, serving the church, and volunteering at the medical clinic and the hospital faithfully for many years. A man who could make anything grow, he loved working in his yard and garden and making hummingbirds welcome every year.

Jack's wife, Ann Martin Forsythe, predeceased him in 2010. He is survived by his daughters, Catherine Harrington and Mary Forsythe, both of Texas; and by his grandchildren Drew (Elizabeth) Ray, Alex Ray and Elizabeth Harrington.
