MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Willanda Joy Cobb Phillips, 54, of Powderly, Ky passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Phillips was born December 17, 1959 in Cook Co., IL. She worked in sales at Wal-Mart in Central City, and attended Duvall's Chapel Baptist Church and Mercer Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Phillips; son Leslie Joe Phillips of Powderly; mother Willodean McEuen of Powderly; father Joseph Cobb of Greenville; brothers Larry Cobb of Herndon, VA, Joey Cobb of Davison, MI, and Bret Hadu; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. James Branscum officiating, assisted by Rev. Larry Shadowen. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
