Dale Forest Devine, 53, of Central City, Ky

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky . - Dale Forest Devine, 53, of Central City, Ky passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 4:25 a.m. at Hospice of Western Ky Heartford House in Owensboro. Mr. Devine was born October 27, 1960 in Hammond, Indiana. He was an employee at the Wal Mart in Central City, where he worked in the meat department, and he attended the Christian Faith Fellowship in Russellville.

Survivors include his wife, Tina Neeley Devine of Central City; daughter, Amanda (Jeremy) Willoughby of Central City; grandchildren, Bailey and Corvin Willoughby; parents, William and Diane Devine of Central City; brothers Michael (Kathy) Devine of Crown Point, IN, Kevin (Joy) Devine of Hebrow, IN; sister Lori Devine of Russellville, Ky.

Funeral services will be Monday, January 6, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Steve Matthews officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday after 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
