MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Joe Smith, 59, of Greenville, Ky passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Sparks Nursing Center in Central City. Mr. Smith was born January 29, 1954 in Chicago, IL. was an assembly line worker in the steel mill industry and attended the Richardson Chapel General Baptist Church in Central City.

Survivors include a son, Shawn Rust, four daughters, Christy Smith, Bonnie Jo Smith, Tara Reeves and Holly Smith, eight grandchildren, and four sisters, Tammy Gates, Beverly Marshall, Sharon Hoffman and Jean Hayes.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 12, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City . Visitation will be after 10:30 a.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
