BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Orville Wayne Evans, 62, of Bowling Green, passed away at 11:27 p.m. Sept. 26, 2013, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
The Warren County native was born Sept. 22, 1951, to the late Mary Frances Bunch Evans and Paul Herschel Evans, who survives, and was preceded in death by one sister, Paula Cassady, and a grandson, Harrison Phillip Evans. He retired as a security guard at The Medical Center and was a member of the United Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Evans served in the Army.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and after 11 a.m. Sunday.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene Gaddis Evans of Bowling Green; one daughter, Kellie Browning and husband Shawn; one son, Jeremy Evans and wife Maggie; one stepson, Eric Kinser and wife Kim; one grandson, Xavier Evans; two granddaughters, Karlee Kinser and Katie Grossl; two brothers, Richard Evans of Smiths Grove and Rob Evans of Alvaton; one sister, Jackie Evans of Alvaton; and several nieces and nephews.
