Jewell Sanders, 93, of Clay, KY

2sunsetWEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. - Jewell Sanders, 93, of Clay, KY, passed away June 11, 2013 at Redbanks Colonial Terrace Nursing Home in Sebree, KY. She was retired from RCA after 30 years as a Quality Control Engineer in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband Delois Sanders and son David Sanders.

Jewell is survived by daughters Sheila Hill and husband Walter of Clay, KY, Norma Benge and husband Richard of Roachdale, Indiana, a son Jerry Sanders and wife Mary Ann of Greenwood, Indiana and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Redbanks Colonial Terrace Nursing Home and Lucy Smith King Hospice Care Center in Henderson, KY for their compassion and care.

Private funeral services were conducted at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY for family members only. Burial followed in Rock Springs Cemetery in Wheatcroft, KY.

The family requests contributions be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice, Accounting Office, 2410 S. Green St., Henderson, KY 42420
