5sunsetWEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. - Matthew Glenn Teague, 45 of Providence passed away Friday, June 14, 2013 at

His home. He was born December 26,1967 to Larry Teague and Ruth Ann Hayes. He graduated from Providence High School in 1986, and then served in the U.S. Navy for four years.

He is preceded in death by his father and is survived by his mother and stepfather Dennis Hayes , his companion Sheila Sisk, a son Tyler Teague, two sisters Melinda Trader and Ladonna Cole, brother Phillip Teague.

Services will be held Tuesday June 18 at 1pm at Jones-Erdman Funeral Home with visitation from 10 AM until service time.
