Anna Buckner, 88, of Paducah, Ky

PADUCAH, Ky. - Anna Buckner, 88, of Paducah, Ky, formerly of Providence, Ky, passed away at 8:20 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Buckner was a member of Margaret Hank Cumberland Presbyterian Church and also attended Trinity Methodist Church, she was retired from Owens Cleaners, a homemaker, enjoyed quilting and was a volunteer with the Lourdes Hospital Auxiliary.

Mrs. Buckner is survived by two sons, Michael Buckner of Paducah, Ky and Dennis Buckner of Fort Lauderdale, FL; one granddaughter, Paige Buckner of Murray, Ky; one sister, Hilda Duncan of Providence, Ky.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Estel Ray Buckner. Her parents were, Ray and Addie Lou Monroe Sigler.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at White Oak Cemetery in Providence, Ky with Rev. Wayne Carter officiating.

The Buckner family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
