Kentucky State Police was notified Friday morning by Ohio County Jailer Gerry “Rip” Wright that a woman was going to deliver the drugs to Oakwood Cemetery in Hartford where jail crews were working. KSP made a traffic stop on the woman at the cemetery and reported finding the drugs.

KSP charged Raven Asberry, 24 of Hartford with first-degree promoting contraband, trafficking in a controlled substance – first offense, operating on a suspended license, no insurance, expired registration plates, expired registration receipt, obstructed view of windshield and failure to wear seat belt.

KSP was assisted on the scene by the jailer and the Hartford Police Department. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Adam Wright.
