Jesse Coe Baize, no/expired registration plates and no motorcycle operator’s license, $193.

Christina Clark, no/expired registration plates and failure of non-owner operator maintain required insurance, second-offense, $178.

Lauren Kathleen Durbin, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess and possession of marijuana, $163.

Tabitha Lynn Embry, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500 and possession of marijuana, $477.52.

George Thomas Payne, operating vehicle with expired operators license and operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs - first offense, $768.

Kevin Wayne Bellar, third-degree criminal trespassing, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct $193.
