Mollys Mutts 2DIXON, Ky. (6/28/17) — Animal rescue shelter Molly’s Mutts plans to offer tasty barbecue and other goodies for sale during the Providence 4th of July Festival.

Organizers announced proceeds from Tuesday’s booth sales would greatly benefit four-legged friends in need.

Beforehand, Molly’s Mutts is in need of donations including marshmallows (any flavor), chocolate bars, graham crackers (any flavor), packaged chocolate candies, single sized bags of chips, jars of pickles, barbecue sauce, Ziploc sandwich bags and hamburger buns.

The shelter invites patrons to build their own custom S’Mores, grab a pulled pork sandwich along with chips and a soft drink at their booth during the July 4 event at Providence Golf Course.

Molly’s Mutts merchandise will also be available for purchase.
