HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. – Madisonville Noon Kiwanis annual Take a Kid Fishing Day is set for noon-3 p.m. Saturday at Madisonville City Park.
Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. The event is free.
There will be prizes and trophies for the biggest overall fish caught in each age group. Food will be provided.
Rain date is June 10.
• An adult must accompany each child
• Children under 5 are encouraged to wear a lifejacket
• Each child must furnish own pole/rod/reel and tackle box – bait will be provided.
