arrest log blank 06MADISONVILLE, Ky. (2/12/18) — Madisonville Police Department released the following reports today:

Candy Gray of Dawson Springs was charged Feb. 9 with 13 counts of theft by deception (under $500) and theft of labor (less than $10,000).

Kolten C. Shear of Madisonville was charged Feb. 11 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael A. Gamblin of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain required insurance.

Jacob E. Armstrong of Madisonville was charged Feb. 10 with second-degree burglary.

Tonya A. Leonard of Madisonville was charged Feb. 11 with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rodney Clark of Louisville was charged Feb. 9 with violation of an interpersonal protection order (Jefferson County).

Emily D. Chilcutt of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with receiving stolen property (vehicle/under $10,000), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence, public intoxication (excludes alcohol) and possession of marijuana.

Shabri K. Wormell of Providence was charged Feb. 9 with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth/equal to or greater than 2 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and fraudulent use of an ID card or electronic code for benefits.

Jacob Ray Cummings of Dawson Springs was charged Feb. 9 with failure to wear seat belts, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Harrison Bowley of Madisonville was charged Feb. 10 with failure to appear.

Stefanie L. Scisney of Madisonville was charged Feb. 10 with theft by unlawful taking (under $500).

Mark C. Blades of Mortons Gap was charged Feb. 11 with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Michael E. Beshear, address unknown, was charged Feb. 11 with failure to appear.

James E. Grace of Nortonville was charged Feb. 9 with failure to appear.

Ricardo M. Polk of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with three counts of contempt of court.

Zakry Lynn Norris of Madisonville was charged Feb. 11 with contempt of court.

Phyllis Ann Jones of Madisonville was charged Feb. 11 with theft by unlawful taking (under $500) and tampering with physical evidence.
