5a7f39a992ae1MADISONVILLE, KY., — Bonnie Louise Offutt Qualls, 58, of Madisonville passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Baptist Health Madisonville. She was born in Madisonville on December 8, 1959 to the late Roy M. and Betty Nell Gower Offutt. She was of the Christian faith and was active in Relay for Life and the United Way. She loved her cat, Grumpy. She worked at General Electric.

She is survived by her companion of 21 years Bill Moxley of Madisonville, 1 son Jeremy Hammack of Madisonville, 4 sisters Betty Berry of White Plans, KY, Wilma (Tommy) Brooks of White Plains, KY, Dianna Oldham of Hopkinsville, KY, and Sharon Skinner of Nortonville, KY, 2 brothers Marvin (Donna) Offutt of Evansville, IN and Anthony Offutt of Madisonville, KY, 2 grandchildren Jordin Hammack and Jayden Locke, 1 step granddaughter, Kaylee Everly, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 1pm at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Rev. Bill Stafford officiating and burial to follow at New Suthards Church Cemetery in Suthards, KY.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from 4pm until 7pm at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY and from 11am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Hammack, Jason Hicks, Darrell Skinner, Keith Knott, Jason Robinson, Jayden Locke, Anthony Offutt, and Trevor Knott.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Chase Grundy, Justin VanVactor, Marvin Offutt, Harold Skinner, and Kevin Offutt.
