robinwood 1GREENVILLE, Ky. (3/10/18) — Where you live is important. Having a clean, safe, affordable home is important to everyone. This continues to be the objective of Janda Holdings, LLC owners.

Jarrod Douglas and Amy Douglas purchased Robinwood Apartments more than two years ago, residents give the new management high marks on improvements.

While most people may prefer owning their own home, there are definite advantages to apartment living.

Two residents, John Gore and Johnny Beasley, said it’s important to them not having to do (or pay for) maintenance or lawn care.  They also said water, sewer, trash pickup, building insurance and property taxes are included in their rent.

Both residents gave Robinwood high marks on energy efficiency. They also liked that the units had the atmosphere of a country lifestyle with the convenience of being less than one mile to downtown Greenville.

Gore said that the apartment was a life-saver for him after a divorce two years ago.  The freedom of no home maintenance has allowed him to work multiple jobs.  He said the low electric bills and only $20 per month for renters’ insurance had served him well.

“Jarrod has really turned this place around,” he said.

Beasley has been living at Robinwood for four years.  A retired coal miner, he likes Robinwood because it is “quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife”. He also appreciates the “pet friendly” options that Robinwood affords.

The Douglases are continuing to make improvements to improve access for those with disabilities and improve efficiency.

“We have a cross section of Muhlenberg society here and we want people to feel a sense of community and security,” he said.

For information about available units, contact 270-543-5158 or 270-977-0625.  The address is 112 Robinwood Dr., Greenville.
