drug arrest 02 300CENTRAL CITY, Ky. (9/19/19) — Central City Police Officer Justin Gunterman responded to a disturbance call last week that led to a Greenville woman’s going to jail.

CCPD went to the Hillwood Village Apartment complex at 11:25 p.m. Sept. 11 and found 25-year-old Jrica Carlton, who had an active arrest warrant and was in possession of what was believed to be illegal substances, said CCPD public information officer Assistant Chief Jason Lindsey.

Carlton was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance/heroin, first-degree possession of a controlled substance/meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance/cocaine and drug paraphernalia – buy/possess.

Carlton was taken to Muhlenberg County Detention Center but is no longer listed as an inmate there as of this publication.
