LEXINGTON, Ky. – Before we know it, temperatures will be falling and colder weather will begin to set in. The end of summer can be a “chill”ing thought for many, especially those who enjoy exercising outdoors. Yet, a number of fitness centers across the Lexington area will allow you to continue an exercise regime without having to battle the soon-to-be frigid temperatures.

The LAC also has a workout room with equipment that's reserved specifically for women.

The LAC also has activities for children. Kids Place, located adjacent to the LAC has games and a playroom for kids to enjoy. In addition, the facility has a cafe to compliment your healthy eating style.
